Must say I had a real dough bag who dropped off my empty sea container, said he'd been driving 20yrs. He left it in front yard coz couldn't reverse. The fella GARY in TT7 got in the backyard, lined it up and put it on, was a bit of mucking around but he nailed it because he had a go. You're a legend GARY in TT7 and should be rewarded just for your have a crack attitude, hats off mate and I hope your boss knows who the capable ones are because dough bag certainly isn't one of them.

Disappointing experience with Reef Transport with an unresolved outcome . Before we had a container delivered to our place many photos and videos were sent through to discuss where we wanted it to go , it was confirmed we would need a tilt tray truck to achieve this , the truck came out and was a side loader , the truck driver called the office and they said to offload the container and they would have to send the correct truck out to rectify the issue . The container was left in our driveway to the side , two weeks later we get the call the tilt truck is coming out to move the container , truck driver arrives take one look at where the container has been placed and tells us he cant move it , its been dropped it a position he cant get to it and he cant do the job , he calls the office and leaves ..... We then have to chase up the office on multiple times emails and calls we are now dealing with a guy called Ronnie who has told us we need the crane truck to move it , truck is in the workshop we have to wait till its fixed , chase them up again after a couple weeks . We are told we are next on the list when the crane truck is in our area and they cant tell us when that will be ....Mean while this 40 ft container is in our driveway a real eye sore , Then told by the way this will be the last trip we will be coming out as there is no more money in this job , if the the crane truck cant move it its not there problem .
My reasoning is if they sent the correct truck the first time we would be at this predicament, yet I was rudely told not our problem , So I have given up on waiting for the crane truck which I think is what they wanted . $900 delivery fee and to say we a disappointed would be a understatement . Think carefully before handing over your money make sure the job is done correctly before paying is he only advise I can give ..Buyer beware

Reef Group have been a refreshing change to transport and logistics.

We had to coordinate the logistics and transport of two twenty-foot containers from Perth and Port Hedland to both arrive at a mining site.

The process was smooth and superbly executed. Their email correspondence was excellent. I received a confirmation call from the Operations Manager that the truck was on its way. I loved that I received a text notification as well as a confirmation.

The vehicle that arrived was practically brand new and the driver was polite and well presented.

For a first-time use, this was an outstanding level of quality service.

Truck Should be in job at 1pm as Chris send confirmation email, we try call they haven’t answer juts ignore our call, finally crane came at 4 pm but couldn’t do the job But Chris was willing to tell us we have done our job there is no Refine at all. We juts pay $200 for labour to clean up around container and make it ready, Not happy at all.

Reef just delivered a 40ft HC shipping container to my property. I have a really long driveway and the container had to go into a tight fit between the fence and the house at the end of it. There were some delays with the container getting dropped off. I dont know if that was on the purchase side or the transport side, but once a final date was set for delivery everything went smooth from there.
With the delivery i had to go with a super tilt because there just wasnt space for a side loader and I'm so glad i did. Geoffrey was my operator, and his ability to fit big things in tight spaces is something all young men should aspire to. Reef kept me up to date with sms's so i knew exactly what was going on with my movement request and this allowed me to make sure i was available and the space was well cleared before delivery. If you've got something big to move Reef should definitely be your first point of call.
